No need to fill in blank provider/receiver #109

See the screen shot. And note this might fix itself when #108 is working, not sure.

Basically, I don't think there should be any defaults for provider and receiver agents. On this screen shot, Carbon Farm Network has been filled in to many of the blank agents. On commitments where there was an offer found, the offering provider agent is filled in to both provider and receiver, should be only provider. (Please ping if you think this is not the requirement, we can discuss.)

If you are filling them in because we are requiring them in hREA, then OK, let's leave it how you have it. Most of it will be fixed by finding the right agents based on role and offers.

The problem of wrong agents seems fixed now. We don't need to worry about the blank agents.
