Satisfy Requests wrong agent, no/wrong edit data #113

The agent name changed in the Satisfy Request commitments (presumably the receiver). All turned into CFN. I'm not sure when this happened, will retest if needed.

Also (maybe or maybe not related), no data shows up in the edit modal on the Satisfy Request commitments. Screenshot from 2024-05-17 14-26-18

This could be related to #109.

Here is what is happening in the condition of creating the plan, before the first save. There is edit data, but the agents are wrong or missing. In this case, the provider should be Carbon Farm Network, the receiver should be River Valley Fashions. (I'm not sure what logic we used to determine provider of CFN actually.)

This has improved! Still a problem on the agents. We should have at least the receiver agent, good enough for now, since I'm not sure what it would take to get the provider agent.

working for receiver, at least for what we need now, closing, will open another issue for the provider for later
