Feature: Network level configuration

We'll need a few odds and ends to be configured at the network level. This issue is to keep track of these, please add as you run into them. And check when complete.

I think these could all go on one page if that is easiest. Or they could be menu items somewhere.

• [ ] Logo for the upper left of the page.
• [ ] User-configurable list of agent roles. (Here are the initial roles for the CFN: Design/Brand, Farm, Scouring Mill, Spinning Mill, Knitting Factory, Spinning Factory, Shipping, Network.) This should include name and image. Image can be optional, unless it is easier to require it for showing on the map. Name is unique.
• [ ] Map center and zoom level, or whatever is needed for bring up the map properly.
• [ ] Units, add user override of label
• [ ] Designate which agent(s) are the network (can it be more than one?)

We could split this out, maybe some of these aren't strictly needed for the first release. Or all of them could be hard-coded or loaded with the units if we want.
