Feature: Network level configuration

We'll need a few odds and ends to be configured at the network level. This issue is to keep track of these, please add as you run into them. And check when complete.

I think these could all go on one page if that is easiest. Or they could be menu items somewhere.

• [ ] Logo for the upper left of the page.

• [ ] Image for the page titles (currently wool).

• [ ] Map center and zoom level, or whatever is needed for bring up the map properly.

• [ ] Designate which agent(s) are the network (can it be more than one?) [Lynn: is this needed??]
