Process Specification - add image #56

We will need a Process Specification page, which will work basically like Resource Specification, except simpler.

ProcessSpecification is in hREA afaict, but it needs one more field: image. (There are other image fields on other things to copy from. Agent for one.) So that will have to be added to the backend, including the graphql pieces.

The UI will be under the config menu from the person icon, like ResSpec. The fields it needs on the modal are name, description (note), image (URL like on Agents).

This might be done. But we need an addition: image. Add to hREA backend and the UI. It should be like the other images, a URI.

Also retrofit the planning page so this image shows at the top of the columns instead of the "hard-coded" ones.
