Starting a list of UI issues that are "small" but actually will help with the "professionalism" side. I will continue to add to the list as I test. I'll add to the bottom of the list, it is not in priority order.
[x] on the Offers, separate the lines for availability and price, add "available", don't show availability line if 0. So it would look like: (line)"100 lb available" (next line)"9 USD per lb". Looks like you switched to symbol to get it to not break across lines, but it seems like we should standardize? I went symbol, but if you like label better, feel free, see also below.
[x] on the Offers, put "from " before the provider agent name
[x] on the Requests, put "to " before the receiver agent name
[x] on all Commitments, wherever there is "to:" or "from:", make it "to" and "from", makes it more sentence like. Also "cost:" make it "cost". And any others I missed.
[x] If getting rid of that : on from doesn't pull up "Carbon Farm Network" to one line, and if it isn't crazy hard, let's make the commitments a little bigger horizontally so "Carbon Farm Network" doesn't break to two lines
[x] Use unit symbol or label consistently, pick what seems best to you
[x] For actions, use the Action.label
[x] On the icons at the bottom of each commitment, put the edit and delete on the left, then some space, then the add event icon, or just put that on the right.
