Error on changing quantity on a commitment #89

I was changing the output (dropoff) quantity from 34 to 50. There should be no cost attached to that one.

What I did right before that was add a new input of White Wool Dirty from Farm B of 20 lb. Before that I changed the quantity of the input of White Wool Dirty from Farm A from 34 to 30 lb. Those both had no errors. And the input that was changed was attached to a cost.

So there's some conditionality to it, but I don't know what.

I have now tried a number of other quantity changes. The pattern so far is that if there is a cost, it saves, if not a cost, it gets that error.
