This is on the edit modal after plan saved, only on production commitments, not satisfy requests. We used to have it, but it got lost. It should probably go above the costs checkbox, as it would apply only to the production commitment, not the reciprocal payment one. That is the one that turns it yellow if not checked, green if checked. (Or remind me if we discussed something different.....)
