Properties panel disappeared while dragging #422

I was trying to pin open the the properties panel below the swatches panel. I let go of the mouse button to early and I can no longer access the properties panel... its bizarre, because the entire UI shows the drag icon as the cursor. Holding down the space bar to try and move artboards doesn't even work
