IMPORTANT REFERENCE NOTE

This is 1 of 2 alternatives where the scope area has been expanded beyond the original Ramsey St interchange. The interchange doesn't have to be exactly where the reference picture is! You will be working in coordination with #23 to move the mainline. Please see issue #40 for more information about the mainline adjustment.
