Prevent users from modifying server managed properties #147

Currently, when you try to modify a server managed property the platform will send an error to the Workbench.

The Workbench shouldn't allow users to get that far, preventing those actions in server managed properties, as it already prevents users from deleting resources of type c:SystemRequiredDocument.
