Most themes have been changed to be more consistent with Obsidian Redux (made darker).
The style settings have been simplified when choosing to use colours for headers and other text, it's now a single dropdown. It has been promoted to a top-level setting. By default, Encore does not add extra colours to text.
Fancy View Headers (formerly Fancy Headers) have been disabled by default, as it can cause issues with plugins I have not tested. Resolves #11
The previously introduced typography changes have been removed, as I realized they encourage you to create poorly formatted markdown documents. I will revisit this idea in the future, with a better implementation.
This also closes #16 & #17 , I have added styles for H5 and H6
