[BUG] Header text does not Control+Scroll Wheel zoom, along with plain text

Describe the Bug

Zoom using Control+Mouse Scroll Wheel (up/down) does not resize header text for any of the tested Encore themes. It resizes the regular text only.

Zoom with Control+Mouse Scroll Wheel behaves differently than the normal zoom, being used to resize just the contents of the open markdown, rather than the entire application interface. The ability to resize content on screen independently of the entire interface is very useful.

Bug occurs with all Encore themes I tested, using latest version of theme and Style plugin. Bug does not occur when running either the default theme or other themes I have installed.

At default zoom, header font sizes have the expected relationship to regular text size.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior, e.g.

1. Open any markdown file in your vault.
2. Hold Control+scroll your mouse wheel up until fully zoomed in, and release control.
3. Hold Control+scroll your mouse wheel down until fully zoomed out, and release control.

What I am calling "Control + Scroll zoom" is referred to as "Quick font size adjustment" under Obsidian: Options -> Appearance -> Font.

Thanks for the report! I have an idea on what's causing it, I'll test it out in the near future.
