This feature is still on my board to look in to and research.

It will be a very complicated feature due to the nature of non-vector (raster) imaging that aseprite uses. This means every pixel is handled, where as vector art it is a collection of math shapes already which lends its self to manipulation slightly easier using numbers.

I am glad this is on the list, take your time to work on it, the extension is already good, if I come up with something else I will make another "issue" on git
