Edits were made to census_tract_join.R to calculate number of brownfields in each census tract and number of prisons in each census tract.
This created a new file called census_tract_data.csv which contains the number of prisons and brownfields per census tract.
It also editing the prisons files to list the number of brownfields in the census tract the prison is in.
