Updated census tract join file to calculate number of prisons and number of brownfields in each census tract (see #17 )
Added some preliminary analysis to Data Explorer tab on prisons with brownfields in census tract (see #18)
My next step will be to add filters on this page for prison type, prison capacity, prison status (open/closed)
Also as per today thinking about ways to call out prisons that are over-capacity, though we will need to be clear that this is based on a point-in-time representation from 2018.
