AI evokes Grief when player has hexproof #4233

Describe the bug AI evokes Grief when player has Shalai, Voice of Plenty on the battlefield. So Grief evoked for nothing

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Player has Shalai, Voice of Plenty on the battlefield.
  2. AI evokes Grief
  3. Grief evoked for no effect

Expected behavior AI shouldn't evoke Grief when player has hexproof

Desktop OS: Windows 10 Java Version: 1.8.0_202-b08 Forge Version: 1.6.59-SNAPSHOT-11.26

@Agetian AI should get general logic for Evoke to see if the ETB/LTB Trigger would be beneficial
