I mainly play Duel Commander on the tabletop. Could you add Duel Commander to the sanctioned formats or customization options to Commander?

Differences from regular Commander are as follows:

Duels are 1v1.
The starting life total is 20.
Does not inherit commander damage from Commander format.
After the second game of a match, players may swap their commander with a commander of the same color identity in their deck.
