Passed a booster pack with 5 uncommon cards in Foundations Booster Draft #6612

Describe the bug Started a Foundations draft. On Round 2 Pick 3 I was passed a pack containing 5 uncommons: Swiftfoot Boots, Grappling Kraken, Seismic Rupture (foil), Affectionate Indrik, and Wildwood Scourge.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start a booster draft with Card Set / Block Magic Foundations
  2. Keep an eye out for booster pack containing more than 4 uncommons.

Expected behavior According to https://mtg.fandom.com/wiki/Booster_pack:

Of the fifteen Magic cards, one is a basic land, ten are common, three are uncommon, and one is rare or mythic rare. There is also a chance for one of the common cards to be replaced by a premium foil card of any rarity.

This pack only contained 1 foil uncommon so at most it should have had 4 uncommons, not 5.

image Another example in Round 3 Pick 1. This booster pack has 5 uncommons (1 is foil) and no basic land. Only 14 cards when a pack should be 15?

image Round 3 Pick 2. Pack has 1 Mythic (foil), and 2 rares!

These boosters are working as intended. Your expected behaviour is taken from draft boosters. Foundations use play boosters which work differently.

Thanks for the clarification. My apologies for my misunderstanding of the different booster pack types. I'm returning to MTG after a long time away from the game.
