404.html not functioning properly. #3

The 404.html page is appearing whenever I try to return to my index.html page from another page like photography.html, even though photography.html points to index.html.

There should be no index/ in the URL here: https://github.com/Card0154/brandbrands.ca/blob/master/_layouts/default.html#L15

Should be just like this:
