policyIDs/DVDerivativeProject not verified after 2 weeks #2690

The DVDerivativeProject isn't verified yet, but we placed this a few weeks back. (We're not coders so please forgive us, but we've followed all instructions as well as possible!) Please let us know if there are any issues with what we've done so far!
