No Apache redirect of https://cardiac.nottingham.ac.uk/ActionPotential/ #64

If I point the browser at https://cardiac.nottingham.ac.uk/ActionPotential/ I get a "404 Not Found". We should be auto-redirecting to https://cardiac.nottingham.ac.uk/ActionPotentialPortal/
