Can we please have tags/releases? #36

So that upgrade process from version to version is more clear.

Hi! I am not in favor of adding tags here, as it creates the illusion that you should choose the appropriate tag first: you don't. You should always keep this repo on the latest main and it will contain correct Testnet and Mainnet versions.

I have edited the Readme to state this explicitly.
