Response

When you or an ally in range take damage you may cast this card reducing the damage taken by half and heal 2 hit points.

Range: 6 Spaces.

While this card isn't super powerful at low levels, it could be pretty insane at higher levels. Not sure if that means it's higher level spell, or if there's some kind of higher level spell that can't be responded to as a mechanic?

This is something we will have to test. At the moment, I do not know how powerful this effect will feel at higher levels. My thought process is since all attacks auto hit I want spells that reduce damage to feel powerful.
