Teamed: Solar Flare (Cast with Spell Flash)

Pulling from the chaos energy of the sun you point at an area with in range releasing the energy causing a 4 space radius explosion nearly as bright as the sun. All creatures within the area take 12 fire damage.

Range: 12 Spaces.

Teamed Effect Solar Flare: If spell is teamed, all creatures within the area take 12 fire damage, 8 radiant damage, and must make a spell saving throw. On a failed save, the creature is blinded for 1 turn.

Duration: 1 Turn.

Turned this into a teamed spell. Damage may be too high, but I feel if a team pulls it off they should be rewarded with more.

The range of it is also very good. What's the range for Solar Flare? If it's not as high, then I think pulling it off where you want to becomes part of the difficulty, which makes the reward all the more sweet.

Upon reviewing this spell closer, I think the range is too far. I am going to reduce it to 12 spaces for now.
