You conjure a burst of flame in a 3 space cone dealing 6 fire damage to everything in the area.

Duration: 1 Turn. Range: 3 Space Cone.

Having a cone effect that deals 6 damage is very powerful when fighting multiple enemies and having a possible burn condition on top of that makes it too powerful. Removing burn condition.
