Animations

This isn't the most important thing right now, but it would definitely be nice to add.

Some places that could use an animation:

• Deck builder
  • [ ] Loading
• Game board
  • [x] Card being destroyed
  • [ ] Card attacking
  • [x] Card being attacked
  • [ ] Victory/Defeat
• General
  • [ ] Error pop-up

Not sure what animation to apply for 'Card attacking' or 'Card being attacked'. I marked 'Card being attacked' as completed because there's an animation for when card health is changed.

@Zomis The other day, I viewed a view screenshots/videos of what HearthStone was like, and they have an animation that: when a card is attacked, it moves to the enemy player's side and "hits" one of the cards.

Right now, there are animations of a card losing health, which makes losing card health very noticeable. However, there is no animation for a player losing health; I often find myself losing a game without ever noticing that I lost health (okay, that's a bit of an exaggeration). It would be nice if there were animations for this, too.
