Add Unity Jobs performance tests for Blinq implementations #59

Adding Unity Job performance tests for each Blinq method does 2 things:

  1. Verifies Burst-compatibility.
  2. Sets up performance testing to check for performance regressions in the library.

plus, y'know, bragging about performance in the README
