Capture additional client-side telemetry #545

When the error screen shows a simple "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'id')", like below, there's not enough information to be able to troubleshoot the issue.

Ideas to make error screens more informative:

show recent traces
dump state values/change history
show a client-side session ID (longer-term, we'd want to create something like that)
