Tried to Fix Difficulty Rating Bug #32

I saw that there was a bug in the difficulty rating, seen on the Advanced Concepts in Visual Effects course where it shows as "Difficulty: 543145/5." I tried to calculate the avg's of the difficulty responses (though it may be wrong as I couldn't find the origins of the additionalInfo object).
