Verify compatibility with python-can 2 #14

We are currently recommending users to run a python-can version from 2015. Let's make sure that CaringCaribou is compatible with the latest python-can version (currently 2.0.0a2) and update our installation instructions accordingly.

Verified - working both with latest official release (1.5.2) and the current development version (2.0.0a2)!
