Implemented new UDS module #48

The UDS (Unified Diagnostics Services) module is a replacement for the old DCM (Diagnostics Control Module).

This new module is built on top of Caring Caribou's ISO-14229-1 implementation (cleaner code), adds some new functionality (verification of discovery results, ECU reset etc) and will be easier both to maintain and extend.
