Display 2D Images / Video #173

I don't see any way to simply display an image/video. Does this only support 3D models?

If so, is there a way to have the image always facing you, so no matter what side you are looking at it turns like a flat sprite?

So would a super thin rectangle be able to display the image/video on it? Any way to always have it facing you when it's in view?

I'm also interested in this, did yo find a way to achieve simple image placement ?

I had the same issue. Finally I used the "Import as planes" plugin to import the image as planes to blender and then I exported the model as glb or (gltf/bin)
