Basic app set up with screens

The initial app has been set up with the following:

• A skeleton architecture for the app, including dependencies.
• An initial game screen which displays a list of games.
• An initial team screen which does not currently display anything.
• An initial you screen which does not currently display anything.
• Navigation between the screens.

Also added were, from #2:

• Using a button on the Game screen, move to the New Game screen.
• Going back will take you to the Game screen.

Could also press a button on the New Game screen to add a game with dummy data, which would transport the user back to the Game screen.
