Bot Not Seeing Channels?

I'm trying to set up Twitch notifications via the Dashboard but no channels are appearing as options. The dash also isn't showing any of the already enabled Twitch notifications.

I've been having the same problem. When I go to set up a twitch notification, I'm able to type the twitch name and it will pull up a search list of twitch accounts, but the channel list is blank. I did some testing, below are the results:

• Issue exists in Chrome, Edge, as well as a fresh install of Firefox
• Using Chrome Incognito to access the Carl-bot dashboard let the channel list load properly
• Channel list did not load in Firefox InPrivate browsing.

Not clear what would be causing this exactly, since it was happening on a fresh install of Firefox with no browser cache previously on this computer and no extensions/plugins. It will work in Chrome Incognito but not Firefox inPrivate.

Update: After successfully saving the twitch channel using Chrome Incogneto, it showed properly in the list. However on refreshing the page or viewing on another browser, the twitch dashboard page shows no channels added (occasionally shows up properly on reloading the page a few times). The !twitch list command does show the added channel correctly.
