Updated footer design #20

Footer content wasn't aligned nicely and social media icons were images. I changed the design of the footer so the content is now center aligned with a horizontal navigation row. I also imported and used social media icons from React Icons for consistency and improved visual experience as some of social media images we had before were blurry/pixelated.
