Need simple but functional scripts at the top level to simplify running the tool rather than having to type "python3 ants/ants.py". This includes a potential Windows .exe.

I've assigned this one to Xinrui as she has already done some work looking into creating .exe files for the project.

This can wait until Release 1.0. Moving it to that milestone.

I've made this update for Linux machines and pushed it to master. The install.sh script will now create a symbolic link to the ants executable in /usr/local/bin, allowing it to be run from anywhere on the system.

No Windows executable is planned for now, but it will be reopened if that changes.
