Configuration Dialog is not submitted in IE9 #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the dashlet configure dialog in IE9
2. Press OK
3. Dialog is not submitted and not closed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Dialog is submitted and closed when clicking OK.

This is a general issue in Alfresco, YUI caused by a breaking change in IE9. 
Alfresco 3.4.4 only works in compatibility mode.
