Taq Query Dashlet lists only documents and no folders in the output list

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a tag to a folder
2. Configure the dashlet to search for that tag
3. Check the result in the dashlet

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see all folders and documents tagged with the given tag.
Instead only see documents listed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Alfresco 4.0.c on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS, Taq Query Dashlet 0.3 (r146), Client: 
Windows 7, Chrome, Firefox, IE9

Please provide any additional information below.

Hi,
the Dashlet currently uses the repository tier webscripts of Share's 
documentlibrary (Alfresco.constants.PROXY_URI 
+"slingshot/doclib/doclist/documents/site/"+Alfresco.constants.SITE+"/documentLi
brary?filter=tag)
This webscript only handles/returns documents (cm:content & subtypes) that are 
stored within the documentLibrary of the given site.

Please feel free to contribute or sponsor (mailto j.pfitzner (at) fme.de) an 
enhancement to support folders here as well.

Hi,
We are on a time-sensitive project here and looking for a method to dynamically 
create a table of contents for the folders (and maybe some docs) in the 
document library.

If we were to sponsor an enhancement for folders, what sort of time span (i.e. 
how much change to the code) would we be looking at?

Great job on a quick implementation of this enhancement.  

Our school organises regular donation drives to the Red Cross and a number of
