QGIS 3.x compatibility #3

Just starting a request for anyone to create a version of this awesome plugin that works on QGIS 3. I'm on QGIS version 3.2.1-Bonn.

If only some changes (or just version limit edit) are needed then please let me know where, I could give it a shot and submit a pull request. I know coding in python but haven't worked on python in QGIS.
