Update docs to provide more details #44

Update the README installation part to provide a more detailled intallation process and a comprehensive explanation of the menuconfig part. Update Docker Build doc to match the current ESP-IDF version (from 4.3.1 to 4.3.5) and an interactive shell oriented approach.

Thanks to you for this repo. It's work flawlessly on an ESP32-WROOM where Squeezlite require to have PSRAM. This is an amazing work but the docs wasn't very straightforward for a hobbyist like me :)
