Basically a copy of the PCM5102A component for Analog Devices MAX98357 DAC/AMP.

New custom board component
Updated menu entries with help
Fix I2C pins config when PCM5102A is selected. When the PCM5102A was selected, the I2C pins were NULL. This caused the compilation to crash. Now they are default values.
