allow custom colours for clock creation #6

This feature has come up before, but I think I'd be happier accepting a dropdown of colors, rather than a hexcode on a per clock basis. The reason is that I think in the moment, trying to maintain a consistent look and feel is important.

The list of dropdown colors could be configurable in the settings, but it outta be quick to fetch the red/green/blue one.

A hardcoded hexcode once that's done should be fine though, but baseline the dropdown should exist first.

Is there any progress on it? I really like this mod, great job, but I have several campaigns where I use clocks and they have different theme. And changing color manually for new session is just pain.

I'm slightly less busy now, so I'm resuming on doing it the way I envisioned, which is global theming settings and clock types.
