If implemented this updates how World Explorer determines what hex your cursor is hovering over.

Can you put this in regular utils?

Also not a fan of doing it this way, but if it works it works...

@CarlosFdez I am going to close this pull request, I am going to release a module that will fix the underlying problem using the Pythagorean Theorem.
