Sometimes, we have some money to invest but we stay stuck in front of the Home Broker and we don't know how to allocate such money.
When investing as "BuyNHolder", one of the most common strategies is to define the percentage (%) per type of investment. Then, we can also define the percentage (%) for the subclasses and also for the tickers.
This kind of strategy is very useful to avoid common mistakes due emotional crisis. For example, if you set 20% as the target for stocks and the market rises until you reach 25%, then the system will not suggest you to buy more stocks (because they are probably more expensive than other type of investments in such moment).

Create a new application, to be attached in the "Tools menu", with some fields exemplified in the attached spreadsheet.
Describe alternatives you've considered
While I was creating the attached spreadsheet, I noticed it is easy to have the following features in the same application:
Portfolio balancing (no extra money to invest; suggest selling some positions to buy others but the sum is 0)
Portfolio contribution (how allocate the new money to try to keep the defined percentage)
