Create a new column for 'Preço Medio' that takes in account the column 'Taxas' #67

There are people that want to consider the 'mean price' as 'current quotation + taxes' when buying stocks, in order to make easier to calculate the IR for their operations.

Describe the solution you'd like

  1. Include the column 'Preço medio+taxas'
  2. Split the columns 'Custos' and 'Proventos' in new related columns 'Taxas', 'IR', 'Dividendos', 'JCP'
  3. The results shall be applied to the 'Renda Variável', 'Renda Fixa' and 'Tesouro Direto' tabs

Describe alternatives you've considered

Evaluate if is possible to show a table similar to the 'ClosedOperations' table in the 'Resumo Extrato' tab.
