Add the button to edit the Extrato spreadsheet file

Sometimes, it is boring to navigate in severals PC folders to open the spreadsheet when we want to edit it.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add the button in the Status Bar, in order to make possible launching the Extrato spreadsheet file in the Excel.

This feature is launched in the commit f2c9acc.

Now, we have the "Recarregar XLS" and "Editar XLS" buttons available in the status bar.
