Documentation Website #46

I think key to launching v1 will be a documentation website.

I really like how the Pytorch website is structured. https://pytorch.org/tutorials/

It is styled off of this: https://sphinx-gallery.readthedocs.io/en/latest/tutorials/plot_notebook.html#sphx-glr-tutorials-plot-notebook-py

Tutorials is Open source. https://github.com/pytorch/tutorials/blob/master/LICENSE

Along with this we probably need a domain. carmelabs.ai carme.ai?

Put up initial version using some great work the Pytorch project. Just need to remove remaining irrelevant text and start updating. https://carmelabs.github.io/docs/
