Deploy the following in QuizApp as the test/demo environment:

The UpGrade branch with the roster sync API endpoint(s)
The roster sync app (should be a nodejs app the can hit the Clever endpoints and the UpGrade deployment)
QuizApp should use hardcoded users from the test district
