Debug console enabled by default

Describe the bug The user (env = prod) console is plenty or "blabla", and low the memory of the device.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open you Carnet
2. Launch your console (F12)
3. many error, warning, and log can be read

Expected behavior No logs, warning only from upstream libs regarding the user browser (and the deprecated warnings you couldnt fix before the release for eg), and if there is an error means a bug report is needed, ofc, you can't predict all those.

If you need those debug (the console.logs) to ask people more information when reporting a bug, I suggest this small feature : console.log could also be launched from function that will call console.log only after it has checked the status of a new setting: Debug Mode ON/OFF

When CarnetNextcloud goes to the next stable version, this bug should be fixed.

How I found this bug:

I switched theme to the dark one, but CarnetNextCloud couldnt launch safter many attempt, so I had to switch back to the light theme.

I wanted to report the bug so I opened the console and tryed again, but it worked, except i sasw all the output
