Not obvious how to save settings

Describe the bug In the carnet nextcloud app, i select the "settings" menu from the left side options. It pops up a menu that includes some external links and some checkboxes. If i toggle the checkboxes, I'm unable to figure out how to save these.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Select the Carnet app
2. Click on 'settings' in the left side nav
3. Toggle checkbox of choice
4. Look for save or close button of any kind and come up empty. Click outside the menu box hoping for wysiwyg. Not even clicking outside the settings dialog closes it.
5. Go back into settings to see if they saved and find them not saved.

Expected behavior A save or close button, or absent that, the settings saving wysiwyg style instead of just discarded.

Issue still persists, I am trying to change my setting to "start with browser view" enabled, but cannot make the setting persist.
